Here I am creating three-dimensional models, for me it`s creative work. In INGETECH I clearly see the result of my labor. I design different models and core-boxes - it broadens my horizons and increases the design expertise.

By working in INGETECH I get a rare ability nowadays to see the result of your labor. Moreover, from the planning stage and prior to receipt of the product I am taking a direct part in this.

The very specifics of the work does not let us feel bored. You always have to invent something new, work with both - a head and hands, improve yourself, learn from others and share your knowledge. Also there is the realization that we are doing useful work, helping to raise the domestic industry to a higher level.

Each day in the company is a number of some new projects, new purposes, which help me to develop myself and to prove my knowledge and skills, to grow as a specialist and to enjoy my work

Foundry has always been considered an art. Pattern equipment - one of the parts of this art. It may not be the brightest part of it. But without it will not show the full image.

Working in INGETECH I can reveal the full range of engineering knowledge. Each new project requires an individual approach, and it's always fun. Most importantly - I can always see the results of their work.

Construction of patterns implies the process of coordination. The designer need to take alternative, non-typical decisions. Introduction of new technologies is not worth the trouble in Ingetech company. It lets me easily realize all ideas. This is after my own heart!

Working for Ingetech I do not waste even a minute. I am always in process of getting experience and developing my skills in construction and casting.

I’ve got acquainted with Ingetech long before I started to work for it. I have never work as engineer before. But I am happy that this way gave me opportunity to elevate my mind and reveal myself. Thanks to friendly team, diverse projects (from complicated housing to art-objects), sport events, I finally get uncommon opportunity to admire my work and love it. I am glad to be a part of this team.

I have been working for Ingetech since 2013. We purchased new equipment and instruments, expanded working space, introduced new management and quality control systems. Every this step was instrumental in development and growth of the company. The only thing that stays constant in Ingetech is people. The team that loves what they do, people who capable to solve any problem. I am proud that I am a part of this team.
